Ditch your environmentally unfriendly plastic water bottles and turn on the tap! According to the Miami Herald, judges of the world's largest and longest running water tasting contest have proclaimed that LA has the tastiest tap water. It was chosen from over 120 water samples at the 18th Annual Berkeley Springs International Water Tasting with judges coming from as far as New Zealand and the Philippines. Apart from taste, the water was rigorously evaluated with a criterion that included the sample's smell, "mouth feel," and of course, the absence or presence of floating particles.
